STEP 1: WALK THROUGH your Home AND NOTE down anything that you may not like about your Home....*Inside or Outside*
-Paint Colour (dull or needing a touch up)
-Maintenance of Lawn/Yard
-awkward layout of furniture
STEP 2: ACTION: Go through your list and make those improvements.
*Sometimes a Simply coat of Paint can freshen up a Home and Make it look Fresh and New Again.
*Living in a Home for Numerous Years can lead to building up a collection of Furniture/Children Toys/Unfinished Projects...
*Try to eliminate as much of the above list as possible so that Your home is CLEAN, CLEAR, FINISHED and EASY TO WALK THROUGH.

*Walk through Your Home Again.... This time, Pretend you are taking Pictures to be put into a magazine. Each Picture should show it's individual purpose and no clutter should be present...
Example: Kitchen: All Counter tops should be clear. It's ok to have a Coffee Pot, Microwave, Dish Soap, Etc... But a Stack of Washed or Unwashed Dishes, your Lap Top on the Counter... DOES NOT BELONG.
STEP 4: FINAL TOUCHES:
*Add some Life and Freshening up to you Home*
- Put a Few Air Fresheners around the home to give it a fresh New Scent (Do Not Over Due)
- Add Some Flowers to Your Home... Inside or Out!
- If you have a Dining Room, Set-up Plates and Settings.... give it an Elegant look.
- Make up the Bedrooms with a Nice Bed Cover and Pillows.
